Tasting

Wine of intense garnet colour with purple reflections. Fine, pleasant, intense and spicy nose (black pepper and cloves). On the palate, it is a round and fat wine which shows a very nice balance between tannins, woodiness and fatness.

Sommelier's advice

This wine will harmoniously accompany grilled meats, poultry and cheeses of character.

This wine can be left to age for 3 to 5 years. It is recommended to aerate this wine in a carafe a few hours before tasting. The serving temperature is 16° to 18°C.
