While vintage champagne is characteristic of a harvest, non-vintage brut is characteristic of the style of a House.

All the qualities of freshness, elegance and balance of Laurent-Perrier champagnes are consistently brought together in the Brut Laurent-Perrier.

Chardonnay is slightly dominant, with a particularly high proportion which is about twice the average for the Champagne appellation.

More than 55 crus are used in its composition and 10 to 20% reserve wines are used, sometimes even more. The ideal ageing period for Champagne Brut Laurent-Perrier is about three years.

The balance and natural freshness of the wine allow a low dosage. The robe of the Laurent Perrier brut is pale gold with fine and persistent bubbles. The delicate nose is fresh and of a beautiful complexity with notes of citrus and white fruits.
